魚香の豚の刻みに特別な思いがあります。魚香から言って、魚料理ではありません。つまり愛妻弁当に愛妻は入っていないでしょう。地方によって味付けが違って、私の郷里では筍タケノコで、ここシンセンではニンニクを使います。私はどちらも好きね。あまり辛くないわ。もうひとつ出前を注文しました。待っててね。

2> I have a special emotion of YU-Xiang shredded pork. Don’t think it have fish in it because it’s name is Yu-xiang shredded pork. It just like the wife cake has no wife. There are many kinds of practices it. In my hometown, we add bamboo shoots, but in ShenZhen they add agaric. This makes this dish has two kinds of taste. I like bouth of them . And this dish is not very hot. In addition to this i also ordered another one. It hasn’t arrived . Wait for me in the picture above.

魚香の細切り豚肉に特別な思いがあります。　魚の味するけど魚は入っていません。愛妻料理に愛妻は入っていないようにね。色々な調理方法があって私の郷里では筍（たけのこ）を入れます。此処シンセンではニンニクを入れます。私はどちらも好きです。辛すぎることはありません。他にももうひとつ注文したけれどまだ届きません。写真を見ながらしばらくお待ちください。

中国の中秋節（お月見）の後、毎日のように月餅をたべるわ。何故ってお母さんが月餅を沢山かうからです。今年はやっと昨日食べつくしたわ。だから今日ははちゃんとした食事ね。料理は二つ、自作調理のジャガイモ炒めとスーパーで購入のケール（和名はリョクヨウカンラン）。ケールはジャガイモに隠れて見えないわ。もう何をするかお分かりね。

2> Last year’s Mid-autumn festival, after the festival , we also eat mooncake everyday. Because my mom will buy a lot of moon cake, can let us eat for a long time. But now i was finished it yesterday. So today i have a meal. Only two dishes, the fried potato is made by myself, and the kale borewcole was bought from the supermaket. It is under the fried potato, so you can’t see it. So… you know me what to do next.

昨日は二種類の月餅を紹介したわね。今日のは違う味のものです。中身がWuRenです。祖父母の世代はよく食べたみたい。ノスタルジアね。若い世代ではあまり食べない。時代によって好き嫌いがあるみたい。

2> Yesterday i only shoe the two kinds of flavors of moon cakes. Today i will show the other different tastes. The first moon cake stuffing inside were WuRen. But the majority of people don’t like it. I don’t know what WuRen paste is made of what. Many years ago, our country is poor, so we can only afford WuRen fillings of moon cakes. My grandparents are like it, but we don’t. Now the moon cake have lost of flavors, but wuren mooncake is still the most worthy of nostalgia.  Alought people don’ t like eat it. In China,WuRen fillings of moon cakes is a love-hate relationship of moon cakes.

出前到着に１時間半も待ったわ。到着です。やっぱりお肉ね。お野菜たっぷり、お肉少しはお腹が空くわね。お肉を食べると減量するパワーが出るわ。笑わないで頂戴。今日の昼食は鳥の釜めしとオレンジジュース。殆どが鳥肉にピーマンね。楽しみね。

1> Shiguo chicken , kumquat juice
2> I wait it for an hour and a half . Now it is here . I found i still need meat, because when i eat more vegetables ,less meat i am hungry again soon. So i need meat , then i have the strength to lose weight.  Don’t laugh me. Today my lunch is ShiGuo chicken. Most of  them are chicken, the other is green pepper. Now i will enjoy it.

中国の満月・十五夜は再開の意味があります。この日は家族と月餅を食べて観月する。今年の観月は初めて一人で過ごします。実家に電話しても一人ぼっち。寂しいわね。ボスから大きな月餅を戴いた。一人で食べたわ。本当は甘いのに塩辛かった。スーパーで卵君の月餅を買ってきたわ。観月を続けないと。

1>mid-autumn festival , moon cake
2>story: Our mid-autumn because the full moon and meaning reunion. On this day we will eat moon cakes together with my family and enjoy the moon . This is the first time i am alone to lead mid-autumn. My parents at home, my sisiter need to work . Even if i called home, but i am still alone. And i miss them . My boss send me a very big moon cake , i ate it by myself. But haven’t finished . It is salty, most of moon cake is sweet.  I bought two egg yolk moon cake in the supermarket. Tonight i want to continue to eat my moon cakes.

今度買ったスモモは良いわ。昨日スーパーで買ってきたの。甘酸っぱい。この位の酸味と甘みがが良いわね。もうひとつは石のチョコレート。石ころにみえるけどチョコレートです。小さい頃、たまに食べたけど他人には石ですと説明、だからいつも独り占めね。今思い出してもニンマリするね。

1>Name: prune, stone chocolate
2>story: This is what i said before, my favorite prune. I go to the supermarket to buy yesterday. It tastes a sour sweet. I like this kind of sweet and sour moderate prunes. And the other is a stone chocolate. It looks like a stone, but it is chocolate. When i was little , i often eat this, then tell others it is stone and i can eat this. Now think of it could makes me smile.

昨夜は停電。だから外食しました。通りを歩いているとマラタン屋台があり、そこで食べました。揚げ物は敬遠、だから、野菜・肉だんご・お芋・昆布とソーセージを注文。停電で沢山の人がいたわ。家の中は暑いのね。この時期、屋外をたむろする人が多い。この時期だけね。屋台は暑くないしね。食べてから帰宅しました。

2>We place the power cut last night . So we can’t cook, we decided to go out to eat. We walk on the street , see the street has a buy malatang roadside stands. I decided to eat it, my friebd will hesitate ,followed with me. I ordered a string of cabbage , meatball, potatoes , kelp, and a sausage. There are many people, because the power cut. It is too hot in the home, This time people prefer hanging out in the street. But only this time . The malatang is not very hot, but i still finished , because i am hungry. Then we went home.

今日はお野菜中心のお弁当ね。それとお肉少々。健康維持計画を開始します。味をよくするのに野菜の油炒め。とても辛くして。中国野菜は美味しいわ。食後一時間にお水を飲んで。これで、水と油のバランスがとれるわね。

2>story: Ok, as you see. Today i mainly vegetables for lunch. And also have a little meat. I need to start a plan to maintain my body’s health. In order to cooperate with my own taste, i copy these two dishes are very spicy. And the Chinese cabbage i was fried with lard, so cabbage is very delicious. After an hour later, i need to drink .In this way can keep my water oil balance of the body.

私の朝食です。毎日食べています。肉まんは熱々が美味しいわ。食後に豆乳ミルク。完璧な朝食ね。

1> Name : pork bun, soya-bean milk
2> story: It is not my lunch , it’s my breakfast. I eat this everyday. Their steamed bun with meat stuffing taste good. The steamed stuffed bun thin skin filling. Hot to eat is more delicious. After finished it , drinking a cup of soya-bean milk, the breakfast is perfect.  I like to eat every day.
