失恋の鬱憤晴らしに最高。ストレス解消に最高。　姉が彼と別れた時に言っていました。人によっては感情処理が違うけれど。私の場合は失恋しなくても買うと思う。だってパターンデザインが好き。

とうとう、ネットで見て、自作しました。お天気予報装置。　2.5グラムの硝酸カリウム、2.5グラム塩化アンモニウム、33ミリリットルの蒸留水、40ミリリットルのアルコールおよび10gの樟脳。結晶が出来ると寒くなったり雨が降ったりするそう。待ちきれないから冷蔵庫に入れてみたわ。写真の通りです。

注）　天気管（てんきかん）とは？17世紀のヨーロッパが起源と言われている、樟脳・アルコールを主成分とした簡易気象観測器です。19世紀には天気予報の道具として使われていました。　1870年に発表されたジュール・ベルヌの小説「海底二万里」に登場する潜水艦ノーチラス号にもストームグラスが設置されています。
現在は実用品としてではなくインテリア商品として季節や天候により変化する結晶を楽しみます

古代中国では科学・技術の発展があった。暇があれば男子は外で乗馬・弓術、女子は家で針仕事に時間を費やした。クロスステッチは針仕事。刺繍は時間がかかるけども忍耐修行。大学時代は絵を刺繍し、一学期まるごと費やした。忙しくて時間が取れなかったからね。今は実家の壁に掛っています。でも完成した時は女性としての達成感があったわ。最後の写真は私の最近の作品です。
