出前到着に1時間半も待ったわ。到着です。やっぱりお肉ね。お野菜たっぷり、お肉少しはお腹が空くわね。お肉を食べると減量するパワーが出るわ。笑わないで頂戴。今日の昼食は鳥の釜めしとオレンジジュース。殆どが鳥肉にピーマンね。楽しみね。
1> Shiguo chicken , kumquat juice
2> I wait it for an hour and a half . Now it is here . I found i still need meat, because when i eat more vegetables ,less meat i am hungry again soon. So i need meat , then i have the strength to lose weight. Don’t laugh me. Today my lunch is ShiGuo chicken. Most of them are chicken, the other is green pepper. Now i will enjoy it.
