魚香の細切り豚肉に特別な思いがあります。 魚の味するけど魚は入っていません。愛妻料理に愛妻は入っていないようにね。色々な調理方法があって私の郷里では筍（たけのこ）を入れます。此処シンセンではニンニクを入れます。私はどちらも好きです。辛すぎることはありません。他にももうひとつ注文したけれどまだ届きません。写真を見ながらしばらくお待ちください。
